There’s no denying it, Pinterest is a gold mine. I mean, we hear bloggers & influencers raving about it 24/7, so it’s gotta be good, right?!
But is Pinterest really a gold mine for business owners? And if so, how can you use Pinterest in your business?
Well, as I explain with all of my Pinterest management clients, this platform is my all-time favourite for growing businesses.
Why? Because it has the ability to exponentially grow your biz, with the majority of it being able to be done on autopilot!
Yep, you heard me. Unlike what I used to think, Pinterest isn’t just a platform for pretty vision boards or finding quick dinner recipes for two (still a top search of mine, LOL).
Pinterest is a platform designed to give people more of what they want – to learn something new, to buy something gorgeous or to be inspired by someone’s story; All things that business owners, like you & I, strive to achieve.
So, without any more of my rambling (because we all know how lengthy that can get 😅), let’s get into the good stuff…
5 Ways To Use Pinterest In Your Business:
#1 – Pin to your blog posts
Promoting blog content on Pinterest has got to be one of the most common & most simple ways to increase traffic back to your website.
It’s simple & it’s effective: Each time you publish a new blog post, create a few (not just one!) graphics and share them on Pinterest.
Start with your own boards, then group boards & if you’re a sucker for Tailwind like I am, share your new blog post in your Tailwind Tribes.
Not sure what Tailwind is? Click here for a full rundown from yours truly! (Hint: Total game changer.)
And, once your blog post graphics are out there circulating on Pinterest, they’ll bring traffic back to your site day after day, week after week, month after month. Amazing right?!
#2 – Pin back to your products
Surprisingly, the number one thing I see so many of my clients who come to me for Pinterest management say is “can I actually increase my sales using Pinterest?”
