Go through checkout, book your start date in my calendar, and sign your contract within 24 hours — you’re IN. You’ll get a welcome email with your Brand Suite Questionnaire (super in-depth, no branding degree required — just brain-dump all the ideas, inspo, and chaos in your head). Then I design your brand, you review it, we do up to two rounds of tweaks, and then… we launch your new brand. WOO!

Usually 2–3 weeks from kickoff to handover. How fast we go depends on how quickly you give feedback. Once you approve the final files, I send everything to you within 48 hours.

Two rounds are included. If you need more, we can add them on for an extra fee — but my goal is to nail it in less than that.

Absolutely! I love payment plans! You can choose to pay in full OR split it into interest free payments of 2, 4, or 6 payments (whatever works best for you!) Just keep in mind that work begins once a minimum of 40% of your balance paid, and handover of final files/your website is once your balance is paid in full.

Your completed strategy questionnaire, inspo, existing assets, headshots, any must-use colours or fonts, and timely feedback at each stage. If feedback’s late, the timeline shifts.

Yes — but here’s the thing: whether we’re giving you a “new” brand or updating what you’ve got, I’ll be rebuilding it from the ground up so everything is consistent, polished, and set up to actually work for you. The process (and the investment) is exactly the same either way.

One STRONG direction based on your strategy. We refine that together — no “choose your favourite from 6 logos” that stretch out the design process. I'm all about getting all of the info I need from you upfront (which is done through the Brand Suite Questionnaire & moodboard process!). Majority of my clients so far have either approved the first draft, or first revision! I am to keep that rolling.

SO easy. You’ll have a full brand style guide and custom Canva templates ready to drop your content straight into. Plus, I record you a Loom video (aka brand walkthrough) so you know exactly how to use it all & basically... get the most out of your brand!

I sure can! HOWEVER... I highly recommend you book them together. Here's why – 1. Convenience - you aren't having to go through the checkout or onboarding process twice. 2. Guaranteed spot - If you do the brand now & then website later, the website can only happen when I next have availabilities!
