HOW DOES IT WORK? +

Pick your package, go through checkout & you're IN! You'll then receive a welcome email with a link to book straight into my calendar for your kickoff date (woo!) and then fill out a short form with your offer name, vibe, inspo, and any must-haves. Once your start date hits, I'll get to work on your banner design and send it through for review (any revisions will be done & sent to you within 48 business hours). Once that’s approved, I’ll move onto your social assets. When everything’s signed off, you’ll get all your final graphics delivered in a private Google Drive folder to use right away!

WHAT'S THE TIMEFRAME? +

Most designs are completed within 1–2 weeks from your start date. If you don’t have any revisions, you’ll usually have everything back within a week (again, from your start date).

WHAT IF I NEED IT ASAP? +

You can pay a rush fee of $150 USD which guarantees your first draft within 48 business hours (Mon–Fri, Australian time only).

It does depend on my availability though so make sure to DM me on Instagram @elleymae to check (and grab the link). If I’ve got space, I’m more than happy to accommodate!

HOW MANY REVISIONS DO I GET? +

Two rounds of revisions are included per offer design. Any extra revisions are available at $50 USD per round.

CAN I SAVE ONE FOR LATER? +

Yep! If you’ve got 2 offers now, it’s still worth grabbing the 3-offer bundle to save $$$ and you can put that third one aside for later. Just DM me @elleymae on Instagram to let me know your plan after you purchase and I’ll make a note of it!

IS IT A TEMPLATE I CAN EDIT? +

Nope, this isn’t a Canva template or an editable file. It’s a fully custom, done-for-you design created specifically for your offer. I pour a lot of time and creative energy into each design, and because my name is attached to the work, I don’t offer editable versions 🫶

If you ever need changes down the track, just reach out and I’ll send through my current edit fees.
