HOW DOES IT WORK? +

Once you book, you’ll fill out a short form with your podcast name, vibe, inspo, and any must-haves. I’ll DM you your official start date, then get to work on your podcast design and send it through for review (any revisions will be done & sent to you within 48 business hours). Once that’s approved, I’ll move onto any social assets. When everything’s signed off, you’ll get all your final graphics delivered in a private Google Drive folder to use right away!

WHAT'S THE TIMEFRAME? +

Most designs are completed within 1–2 weeks from your start date. If you don’t have any revisions, you’ll usually have everything back within a week (again, from your start date).

WHAT IF I NEED IT ASAP? +

You can pay a rush fee of $150 USD which guarantees your first draft within 48 business hours (Mon–Fri, Australian time only). It does depend on my availability though so make sure to DM me on Instagram @elleymae to check (and grab the link). If I’ve got space, I’m more than happy to accommodate!

HOW MANY REVISIONS DO I GET? +

Two rounds of revisions are included per podcast design. Any extra revisions are available at $50 USD per round.

WHAT IF I DON'T HAVE EXISTING BRANDING? +

We can add a professional brand suite to your package at a bundled rate. While you can have a killer sales page without a full brand suite, the truth is — strong visuals help it convert even better. If your current branding is giving DIY Canva starter pack, it’s not going to vibe with a premium-priced offer. Not sure if yours is up to scratch? DM me and I’ll give you my honest take.

WHAT IF MY SHOW ISN'T LIVE YET? +

That's totally fine! Your podcast doesn't need to be live yet and you don’t need to have episodes recorded or published yet either :) As long as you know your podcast name, vibe, and ideal listener, we can get started on your branding right away! In fact – I recommend doing your branding before you do anything else as this can really help you set the vibe for your show!

IS THIS A TEMPLATE I CAN EDIT? +

Your podcast logo & thumbnail aren’t Canva templates or editable files. They’re fully custom, done-for-you designs created just for your show. Because my name is attached to the work, I don’t offer editable versions. BUT the social media graphics are Canva templates!

If you need changes to your cover down the track, reach out & I’ll send through my current edit fees.
